We cordially invite you to the 1st Annual Akron Pediatric Orthopedic Review Course. The goal of this course is to provide comprehensive and concise didactic coverage of the content within the realm of pediatric orthopedics and will provide hands-on skills lab teaching via both sawbones and cadaver models utilizing the POSNA Resident Curriculum and the Orthopedic Surgery Milestone Project from the ACGME/ABOS as a guideline for content. Our faculty has developed a strong dedication to training Orthopedic Residents at our institution, and we are determined to provide a high quality, high yield learning opportunity to supplement the educational experience you receive at your home institution. We have endeavored to make this educational opportunity affordable and accessible to all Orthopedic Surgery Residents. We are excited to utilize the new facility at the Center for Simulation and Integrated Healthcare Education of the Austen BioInnovation Institute in Akron and are confident that you will find your time in Akron educational and enjoyable.
